The goal of the Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy is to provide an engaging education with hands-on training to prepare our professional student pharmacists for the ever changing world. The Rangel College of Pharmacy is ranked No. 34 in the United States of the Top 75 programs; No. 5 in the southwest of regional programs for Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah; and No. 31 for public pharmacy programs, according to Pharmacy Technician 2013.

The Rangel College of Pharmacy offers a four year PharmD program that is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Since opening in 2006, the college has grown to include two campuses, Kingsville and College Station, and has climbed in the best colleges and schools of pharmacy rankings compiled by U.S. News & World Report

The Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy is committed to the following educational ideals:

  • Provision of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to deliver the full range of pharmaceutical care services required in a dynamic, culturally diverse society.
  • Provision of an environment that leads to developing a learning style that can be applied life long.
