Week of Nov. 25

PHOTO of the jugs The war continues

Penny Wars continues until 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, before the Thanksgiving break. Committee members are grateful for the amount of participation thus far. As part of the Ties & Tennis Shoes Memorial 5K Run/Walk, Penny Wars is a way for the college to support scholarships for future students in honor of Dr. Robertson. All funds raised will go toward the Dr. James Robertson Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund. Everyone should look at the jugs located in the Dean’s Suite, room 103, and estimate where your team stands in the competition. If a class wins Penny Wars they will receive a free pass for Forum on Jan. 16. If the faculty and staff win Penny Wars they will get a special treat from the students. Please encourage others to do so in the final days of the wars.
