A Day in the Life of an Intern
P1 and P2 professional student pharmacists have a chance to ask questions, listen to experienced interns and share lunch as you participate in “A Day in the Life of an Intern” from noon to 1 p.m. Nov. 5-6 and Nov. 12-13 and Nov. 26 in room 116. The schedule for the events are: Nov. 5 - CVS/Caremark Nov. 6 - Target Nov. 12 - Wal-Mart Nov. 13 - Walgreens Nov. 26 - H-E-B
NASK commander to speak at Dean's Forum
Capt. Christopher C. Misner, USN, Commanding Officer, NAS Kingsville, will be sharing his leadership directives in “Commander’s Guidance and Intent” at 11 a.m. Nov. 7 in room 132 of the Texas A&M Rangel College of Pharmacy. He has proven himself as a community leader in the short time he has assumed command of NASK since June 2013. His motto is “one team, one fight, one focus.” He, like the Texas A&M Rangel College of Pharmacy, guides with a command of values, improves across his sphere of influence (including the community he resides), asks comrades to be good stewards, and stresses that “it’s not about ‘stuff,’ it’s about people.”
